Booking Policies
Surcharges
Daily Rates are subject to a 10% Government Tax and 10% Service Charge. An additional $3 Energy Surcharge per room per night applies.
Holiday Reservations
5 Nights minimum stay is required between 12/24/07 - 1/1/08
Child Policy
Children under 16 years stay free in room with paying adults. (maximum 4 persons per room)
Breakfast
Complimentary continental breakfast included daily.
Deposits
All reservations require a THREE (3) night deposit during the Winter Season and a
ONE (1) night deposit during the Summer/Fall Seasons. All major credit cards are accepted.
Cancellations
There will be no penalty if reservations are cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival during the Winter Season and at least 7 days prior to arrival during the Summer/Fall seasons. Cancellations received after that time, will be charged Three (3) Nights penalty during the Winter and One (1) night penalty during the Summer/Fall Seasons.
No Shows
No Refunds for No-Shows. 100% Full stay penalty applies.
