Comfort Suites Golf
Provo boasts one of the top 10 golf courses in the Caribbean region, located only minutes from the Comfort Suites Hotel.
Provo Golf Club is rated in the top 10 courses in the Caribbean. The eighteen hole, par 72, championship course, was designed by Karl Litten and opened in 1992.
The course is a combination of lush greens and fairways, rugged limestone outcroppings and freshwater lakes. A four tee position system offers a formidable test for golfers of all calibers. The course has been rated as one of the region's top ten in "Caribbean Travel & Life."
"Golf Digest" describes the 6,560 yard, par 72 course as " . . . a first rate design, maintained to the highest standards." For this, golfers can thank the foresight and ongoing interest of the course owners, Turks & Caicos Water Company (especially Fred Herbrand and Barrie Cooke), the original architecture by renowned Karl Litten, as well as daily hard work by course superintendent Don Salter and his 14-man crew.
