Booking Policy

Surcharges

Daily room rates are subject to a 21% Government Tax & Service Charge. An additional $8 Energy Surcharge per room per night applies. Holiday Reservations:

3 Nights minimum stay is required during the Christmas & New Year's Holiday Season.

Child Policy

Children under 16 years stay free in the room with paying adults. Maximum 4 persons per room allowed.

Deposits

All reservations require a THREE (3) nights deposit during the Winter Season and a ONE (1) night deposit during the Summer/Fall Seasons. All major credit cards are accepted.

Cancellations

There will be no penalty if reservations are cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival during the Winter Season and at least 7 days prior to arrival during the Summer/Fall Seasons. Cancellations received after that time will be charged a Three (3) Nights penalty during the Winter and One (1) night penalty during the Summer/Fall Seasons.

No Shows

No refunds for No-Shows. 100% Full stay penalty applies.
